Delete your account & data

You can request deletion of your OnSpots account and its personal data at any time. There are two ways:
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open the OnSpots app and sign in.

On the Home tab, tap your profile avatar (top right) to open Settings.

Tap Delete account, confirm with your password, and submit.
Your account is deactivated immediately and your sign-in email is released. If you are the last admin of a company, you’ll be asked to hand admin over to someone else or close the company.
Option 2 — By email
Send a request from your account email to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and process the request.
What is deleted
- Deleted / anonymized: your profile (name, email, hashed password, language, role) and your ability to sign in. Your email is released for future signups.
- Retained for a limited period: attendance and request records may be kept as part of your company’s history for its legitimate record-keeping and legal/tax obligations, and security audit logs are retained for a limited time. These are managed by your company (the data controller/admin).
Company (organization) deletion
If you are the last admin, deleting your account can close the whole company — this deactivates the organization and all of its member accounts.
